Most schools contract with companies that will "evalute" your out of country credits and they should be used to stuff like that.
Also, even if you had no degree at all(or one they didnt reconise) California lets you start lawschool without college if you ace their equivelency exams(like a college form of a GED) most ABA might not accept it, but I promise theirs plenty of state lawschools near LA that would be cool with the idea. Look into it more on the CA state bar examiners website.
