Does anyone know who said this quote? I can only remember the gist of it:
"One of the worst reasons for upholding a law is that it's been around since the time of King Richard."
It might be a different king, the exact language is different, but that's the basic idea. This has been killing me and after a few hours of failing to find it on west law, I'm desperate for help.
