Quick Question Regarding Letters of Continued Interest

My application at Santa Clara is in "second review." Is it advisable to send a LOCI, or should I wait until I am deferred/waitlisted? It is my top choice.

I would say to wait. If you do get waitlisted, then you have something to supplement your file, instead of having already wasted an LOCI.
