LOR Question

If I have my two reference letters set up through the LSDAS LOR, will the reference letters be automatically sent with the application to the schools that I apply to?

Also, if I am sending my applications electronically, what does it mean when the school wants you to "certify your signature"  Is there something I'm supposed to print and send in?

I have the same question. My recommender is out of state and I can't physically deliver him the piece of paper and mailing takes too long. Hope someone answers
