i still hate penn for WLing me, and that was two years ago now.

me too! though had i gotten in, i still would have gone to CLS...but Penn was my first choice at the beginning of the cycle and i wanted to get in.  but everything works out for the best.

I was assuming that since we were on LSD, we meant most over-rated by LSD users. I'm sticking with my argument that Michigan is over-valued by LSD users. marauder, how could you say northwestern is overrated? it is incredibly high in the T14, and rightfully so. i like how your post is pure opinion, however, and is not substantiated by any facts or logic.

the fact is that none of the T14 are overrated. they are rightfully in the top 14 and are pretty much in their deserved spots within the T14. HYS will always alternate in the T3 but they will always remain there. the rest may shift a bit within the T14 but none of them are overrated.

It just doesn't have any appeal to me.  Maybe because I know it's one law school I'll never wind up at because of their preference for work experience.  Every other school has at least some little bit of appeal to me, NW has nothing.

i'm not upset over it, marauder. but as a legend there (my aunt and uncle both graduated from nw law and my father went to nw ugrad) i feel like defending its honor. and i feel this even more so when people's claims of over-rated-ness stem from zero factual information but merely personal, biased, and incorrect views.
